Who makes tutu dresses?

I make tutus but havent made any dresses yet, My crochet top for the dress is 5 inches... what length would you make the tulle for that and what size would you consider it? Thank you.

No one in particular. Just want to add some dresses to my collection. I havent put any for sale or for anyone yet. I just mde 6 tutus all the same size and I want to make some dresses and when I have enough I will start selling or making the business. Also my sis wants me to make her a tutu for my nieces 1 year birthday but that isnt until June

I see that the chest is 10-13 for newboard and mine is 6 inches by 5 inches so I would assume with the crochet top I have I could only make a dress for a newborn?
