Is it wrong of me to say the baby cant attend a birthday party because his brother wasnt invited. i find that SO rude and my friends trying to make me out to be the bad guy!, I was raised with equality and intend to do the same!

Depends. Are they only inviting kids in a certain age group, that the one who isn't invited to doesn't fit in?

It depends, and apparently I misunderstood lol.

I don't expect my sons friends(  to invite his little brother (3)to go to birthday parties with him, to me, it'd be rude to even ask otherwise.

Another friend is bringing her 5 year old with no issue, but my 3 year old cant come.
I find it wrong and wont take part in it.

I suppose it depends on the type of party. At a play type company, it makes sense that children of only a specific age are invited (plus they are very expensive). We gave my daughter (age 4) the choice of inviting younger siblings or not, she knew that if she did, she could invite fewer classmates.

She said to you, your child is not welcome here? Or did she just NOT invite him?

I mean it's kind of smurffy, and I'm wondering why your baby can go and not your older son. Doesn't really make sense to me.

Did she tell you why she doesn't want your 3 year old there?
Is he overly aggressive or misbehaved?

When my daughter was invited to a birthday party I told my husband to either take the day off or get home early so I can go and leave my son at home. It was a good thing that my friend hasn't seen my son in a long time and wanted him there. I would let my other son go but keep the other home.

I'd find it rude if she says "No, your son can't come" as if she was only excluding him..Or...if it was a family member. But if it is a friend of your older sons and it's only going to be older kids, then...I can see why she wouldn't invite the younger one.

Growing up....My older sisters went to birthday parties I wasn't invited to, especially if I had never even met the friend.

No from what I've gathered, her baby was invited her older son (3) was not.
