Been on my weight loss journey for close to a year. Just curious. I'm 5'6".

About 60kilos? (132lbs)

You look around my weight and your about my height so I say 145/150.

I look very similar to you and am the same height so I'm going to guess 136 since that's how much I weigh

I'd say 135. What do you do for diet and exercise?
