Red blotches on skin

I have noticed like three days ago red blotches kind of like dots on top of my chest and became a little darker then on my thumb and today I woke up and my other thumb had a large red blotch ... is this part of pregnancy or could this be an allergic reaction to something ?? It doesn't itch or is not bumpy at all it just looks like melasma on my hands looks really ugly ...do you guys think it will go away or have the same thing??

It will go away when your hormones go back to normal. I had the same thing on my left hand with one of my daughters. If you're worried you can always have the doc take a look at it though

I've got a similar kind of rash... as long as it isn't bothering you it should be fine but wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor about it.

Thanks gals, having a little hope that it might go away ... yeah I think I'll ask the doc next visit just to make sure.

I have red blotches under my left boob from my first pregnancy that never went away. I hate it and now that I'm pregnant again its brighter.
