Tuna sandwiches

I hate tuna, but Dh and Dd love it. So, since I've never made it I'm looking for recipes that you use and love.

My SO has put it in Mac N Cheese making a kind of tuna casserole. Of course, I don't eat canned tuna anyway. My favorite way is raw(in sushi).

I just make like a Tuna Salad.

Boiled Eggs
2 cans of Tuna
Diced pickles (or relish if I'm lazy)
tomatoes (sliced up small)
lettuce
mayo
mustard
lemon juice
chile powder


THen I mix it all together and toast the bread and serve.

Sorry, I should've specified for sandwiches.

I mix tuna with miracle whip and chopped up celery, then I toast enough bread for however many sandwiches we want.
I arrange half of the bread on a baking sheet, put the tuna mixed onto the bread, then top each piece with a slice of cheese.
I put it in the oven under the broiler for however long it takes for the cheese to melt, then take it out, finish assembling the sandwiches, and eat.
I love love love it.

Diced Onion
Diced celery
Season Salt
Sugar
Pinch of salt and pepper

Here's the thing. After I introduced some folks to the tuna that is in water for one and the solid white albacore as opposed to the chunk. It is like the difference in flavor between white and dark meat for poultry and it in reality kinda is. It is not as fishy tasting and not oily this way. Give it a try. I like to use Miracle Whip in my tuna sandwiches as well.
