Sore on breast

I am currently BFing my dd, and am pregnant. I noticed a red sore on my breast, and don't ask me why, but I kinda squeezed it and puss came out   I don't know what it could be. Doesn't hurt. Is this bad to BF still? I never had issues with sores on my breasts before

It wouldn't get into your supply.

It's not bad to keep breastfeeding, but you might want to get it checked out. Especially if it's hot to the touch or gets bigger.

I guess kind of like a zit. It is just a round red spot about the size of a nickle. It didn't have a head or anything on it. kinda weird
