is this something to worry about?

2 differnt times today ive bent over to pick up a toy or push dishes away my nose leaked. like not a runny nose, but like water just leaking out..it was kinda more of a pour lol. it was really weird.

is this something to worry about? im not sick, i did have the flu the week of christmas, but ive been fine for like a week and a half now. yesterday i did get a really had headache that wont go away-my head, behind my eyes, and kinda down my cheeks/face/teeth area hurt too.

It sounds like when I get a sinus infection.

Probably just sinuses
I hate when that happens

its friggin gross, i had to re wash a whole drawer of my pots and pans lol
