Yeah...the toddlers and tiaras ga,s probably have their brows waxed, too. Of course...look at how homey boo boo turned out. O.O

yeah, totally in the same boat as the "self image" part, agree, they were also focusing on how it's 'painful' and she wouldn't understand why.

Not necessarily. A lot of the time, the hair doesn't grow back at all after repeated waxing. It's shaving that causes a lot of problems, waxing's ok.

I can see why she'd do it. The publicity thing that was mentioned. Anna Nicole's little girl is almost never allowed to be photographed because of her eye issue. I don't know if I'd do it though. My dd has big buck teeth and if her picture were all over magazines, I'd feel horrible knowing that people all over the world were making fun of her for it.

But I am saying, I know my aunt had PERFECT eyebrows, then she got them waxed once....and they grew back in like a gorilla and messed up the shape and everything lol. Just looked like big Caterpillars on her face.

I had some mad unibrow when I was a kid, and I didn't care, nor was I made fun of. I think I started caring when I was around 13, and even then nobody ever bullied me for it. Other things, sure, but not my brow.

about the eye brow part.. i never did anything to my eyebrows til a couple years ago.. a few times waxing...and yeah-- they just wouldn't grow back right
granted, i had monsters for eye brows to begin with so it wasn't THAT bad but it definitely took a looong time to have them back how they were pre-waxing. blegh

Lol I know. Exactly why a 3 year old shouldn't have their eyebrows waxed. Their skin is so delicate it could rip right off/irritate the smurf out of it.

I think it's ridculous to do to a 3 year old. Seriously, what three year bullies besides like pushing a kid?
And if she does get bullied for her eyebrows, maybe her mother should teach her that looks aren't everything.
Ya, Madonna never touched her daughters until she was old enough to understand and to do them herself.

If DD had a unibrow and when she was like 8 said she was getting bullied and was obviously upset I would consider something then, maybe even 5 or 6 years old, school age. I would probably nair it though, never wax.

haha yeah, same, there were definitely other things i was getting made fun of for as a kid that were far more entertaining to kids than eye brows
