orange stool?

So I'm being treated for mastitis with antibiotics and today I noticed my LO's stool is now almost bright orange and smells kinda funny. It actually almost smells like the antibiotic I think. Is this normal or should I call good pedi?? I am breastfeeding him still.

most anitbiotics will say on the package if they cause stool changes and most dr.s warn you if you see no warning I would call just to be sure or google side effects etc.
