talking to them selves

does your 2.5 year old ever talk to them selves and answers them selves? my LO pretty much judt scolled himself for making a mess in the bathroom. o.o

Totally. If my 2 year old (turned 2 in November) hits something, and I am not in the same area as her, she often points at the thing she hit and says "No Hittin'!" Like she is reminding herself (and her victim, lol).

my 4 year old pretensd to be different characters when she plays, but never really talks directly to herself.

My 3 year old talks to himself more than anyone else.

he was in the tub and spilt a whole bunch of water on the floor. he said

hey tristan what are you doin
i makin a mess
what did you do that for tristan now mama gotta clean it up
im sorry wont do it again


he talks to himself alot but he doesnt normally answer himself
