Yeah, that guy was an idiot. I understand what he was TRYING to say sort of, but he's obviously a jack-ass. Yes, stress makes pregnancy LESS likely, so the stress of a "legitimate rape" (the term is horribly insulting, but as he meant it a rape where the woman is basically raped by a stranger brutally) makes pregnancy less likely. Fine, but to say that basically no "legitimate" rape results in pregnancy was horribly stupid.

First, even if you want to consider legitimate rape as he did, pregnancies DO still happen even if less likely.

And worse, the word legitimate is an attempt to make ALL other rapes illegitimate. It turns anything that isn't basically a brutal stranger attack into something that isn't really rape, which is just horribly insulting, you know?

Just imagine how all the moms with children from rape felt about that or women who adopted or had an abortion because of that....I just couldnt get past him saying that crap all I could think of was really so they just give the plan B pill out cause its candy when you go in for a sexual assault check out

I've been violated as a teen. A guy started rubbing the crotch area of my jeans after all I would do is kiss him because I didn't want to do anything beyond that with him. I freaked out and left but a guy friend of mine said "Well, you probably did it to yourself when you kissed him and then wouldn't do anything else."

So if you decide kn sex and have remorse are you allowed to stop at any time? And if te man refuses is that rape? Because thats where the idea of this might be rape comes in. If she says to stop and he doesn't. She still says no. When can te no be considered the no that makes this rape?

If it was made clear that's a no go than that should be the end of it.

If she says no and he keeps going, it's rape. You don't have to follow through with sex if you don't want to. If, for some reason, you've changed you mind, you're free to tell him to stop and get off or get out.

It's rape anytime she says no. They can be half way done and it still be rape. But in the OP it says nothing about saying no.

it falls under the catagory of rape even if they are halfway in the act if any one says no and the partner keeps going anyway

As others said, if she said to stop, that's different. If she told him not to ejaculate inside her, and he said "nope, I'm going to" and she says "stop" then that's different, you know? She was consenting to have sex with him though, which makes it not rape. Whether or not he ejaculates inside of her doesn't define if it was rape.
