No. The orgasm isn't what makes it rape, it's sex that isn't consented to. It isn't rape because of an orgasm, it's rape because of unwanted sex. As in, rape can happen no matter if the guy cums or not, so him doing it in a way you didn't want doesn't make it rape, since you consented to the sex (you being the hypothetical you, lol)

No, I would not say it is illegal, at all. Including sexual assault.

That does not mean it's a good or respectful thing to do. But if you're willing to have sex with someone, you take the chance that they are not going to listen to what you want-- for good or bad.

i agree. but if there ever was a way she could prove it, it wouldnt be rape. assault at MOST. but you are right, she would never be able to prove it
