9 1/2 weeks & round ligament pain

Everything I've read says that round ligament pain usually starts in the 2nd trimester. Is it possible for it to start at 9 1/2 weeks?

I believe so. I have them all the time. It freaks me out.

That's good to hear that I'm not the only one! What do yours feel like? I want to make sure what I'm feeling is actually round ligament pain... lol

It's hard to describe. It's just like a sharp pain that pulls on side of my belly, or both.

After you have your first baby you will feel it sooner than you did before. I am on my 5th baby and I started to feel it around 6 weeks or so. You can really tell the difference the more pregnancies you have.

i been having pains that feel like roumd ligament. sometimes wen i sneeze or cough it hurts on one ore both sides...i also think i feel my baby moving.not hard kicks but jus baby moving.

I think I've been experiencing that too! But, when I read that it doesn't usually happen until the second trimester, I thought the same thing.

with my second i felt her moving at 11weeks. im 9wks and 5 days now but since i was 8wks i been feeling movement. it wasnt constant, probably feel it 2-3 time in a day and now that im almost 10wks there more frequent so im even more convinced its the baby. i googled as well lol and read the same thing

You felt movement at 8 wks? Wow. I'm 11 weeks and can't feel anything. I'm small framed, too. I can't imagine feeling something that tiny move inside me.

I'm glad you said that b/c I had that "pull" feeling lately (I'm 9wks) and I've really just tried not to be a hypochondriac about stuff so I haven't complained lol
