Quoting i made a vagina.:" Shampoo the carpets? vinegar? baking soda?"
Backing soda isn't working. We don't have carpet, it's wood floor. Will try the vinegar though.

We're working on getting them to owners. They're a bunch of kittens. They just became old enough to be away from their mothers.

that is so nasty. I would put them outside and not care if they ran away, that is really harmful

I had a cat that peed on my couches. Used everything I could to get the smell out. Even cleaner specifically made for it. Had to throw the couches out.

As for wood is seeps in it will have to be replaced. Seeing as you can never get the smell out of things that is why they keep going back there cause the sent is there. Get rid of your cats their urine is not good to breathe in.

You know you're not even supposed to clean up after a cat when you're pregnant right?

Look for a cat rescue in your area. The cats need to be removed immediately so you can correct the problem. In all honesty, they aren't going to go far if you put them outside. Cats are notorious for travelling up to two miles plus away from home and still finding their way back. They are excellent navigators.

But seriously, the ammonia in their urine is destroying your family's lungs and immune system. It's crucial to get them out. Down there in Florida they WILL NOT hesitate to remove your children if the issue is not resolved immediately, and I would hate to see that happen to you. I personally know a woman who lost her kids because of her animals urinating in the house down in Collier County.

I'm not believing for a second that they are "just kittens" if the house has smelled like that for the length of time it would take you to "get used" to it. That's nasty.

No! Bleach with cat piss would be very, very bad. Cats have a lot of ammonia in their urine, lol.

I have wood floor. We're going to be replacing it when we get taxes. But I just need a temporary fix. We've tried vinegar. Not lemon juice though.
