This morning he said he was going to do this, then she kept calling his work and he ended up giving it to her because she wouldn't stop calling. I told him what you guys said and to ask her what the real reason she wanted it is. Aug he's an idiot

She has her own insurance card and I wrote a letter to the insurance giving her permission to get information for her and her only.. If she has any issues she is able to call and she isn't seeing a new doctor.
Yes, he pays child support.. This was a one night stand and they did everything out of court. He tried getting on the birth certificate twice but when the papers were sent to her, she claims she never got them.

My sons 6 1/2... Ive never needed his social security for anything,
We have 50/50 legal custody,
He dosnt pay child support,
His dad is not on birth certificate,
Dean has my last name,
even when I 1st had the baby and filed for child support they only asked his name, where abouts did he live, tattoos, and description of what he looked like.

Does he pay child support?? id be worried that she was trying to pull something off with taxes coming up, or with his credit...

They are in Missouri .. I looked up the laws and read that the child must be five as of August 1st. She said kindergarten, not Pre K, she has just been in daycare this whole time, wouldn't Pre K be for four year olds?
I did see a private school that said by January 1st to begin in January, but I highly doubt she will be putting her in a private school considering she just became a single mother of two
But I don't want to assume and be wrong on the dates

Couldnt ur husband file for the judge to rule that he be put on the bc?? Thats ridiculous, my ex dosnt pay child support, he asked to change Deans last name to his, I asked for child support and he shut his face real quick,
If he has a paternity test, he should be able to just go down and at least add himself on it right??

They do not have any formal arrangements (through the court)
Yes, he pays child support, they have always used her state calculator and has done direct deposit on the 1st since she was born.She basically has full custody, she does not allow him to make any decisions and after we moved to Florida a year and a half ago he has just accepted things for how they are, that he is just the monthly check.
I am worried that because her and baby daddy number two just broke up and he does not have a job .. She just found out that I am pregnant and knows that when the baby comes and the daughter begins school that CS will be reduced since he will now have another dependent and she will no longer be in daycare.. She texted him right after she found out about the baby "Remember we agreed on x money until September, when she begins school".. Which yes, they did agree on that, but this was last year and also, if she is putting her in school right now then why would she tell him she is putting her in school now if she wanted to continue getting the same amount of money..
But this is just me expecting the worse since she is so unstable and unpredictable

He could if he wanted to go to court, neither of them wanted to so this is what they do.. Not that I agree with it, but I am not a part of it.

I wouldn't put that past her, but he watches his credit like a hawk, especially since we JUST bought a house, closed this week.

At least he has records of paying her, all this time, if she filed for cs, they could have it start after a certain date, im case shes trying to screw him for back pay or something...

I've worried about that, if she could take him to court and file for back pay, but every payment he has made was through a bank transfer since they share banks. How would that work if she does file, but he lives in another state?

She just admitted that she isn't registering her for school.. But won't answer why she wanted his number.. Instead she is screaming at him because she took their daughter to an out of network dentist and now has to pay full out of pocket. Even though I have told her numerous times that I wrote a letter releasing the daughters info to her so that she could call the insurance company if she had any questions and I also made an account online for her to access in network doctors, yet she wants him to pay all of it. She gets my blood boiling so badly.. I hate how much my husband has done for her yet she thinks she can treat him like smurf.

I knew my ex didn't want the baby, I chose to keep him, I didn't want anything from him... I remember when every1 talked me into going after him for cs... I imeadiatley regretted it, all it did was piss him off, and he went after me for custody, and now I have to see him every other weekend, and my freaken child is a splitting image of him, that's what I get  

I know ur husband dosnt want to take her to court start any drama, but he needs to protect ur family, especially since u guys jus bought a house...

My uncle lost his harley, house, its been over 6 years, he's still trying to rebuild his credit,
