Short Luteal Phase??

Does anyone know much about a short luteal phase? I have been looking into my cycles more and ever since I got off of the mirena back in Oct my LP has only been like 8-9 days!!! I start spotting anywhere from 8-10 dpo and spot daily up until AF starts around 5-6 days later... My cycles have been around 27-28 days since Oct. I also have hypothyroidism and I am not sure if the two things maybe go together. I am going to get a hold of my Dr. but is there anything I can do or take at home to start making my LP longer?? I am new to this whole TTC thing and now that I know more about my body I realize how out of whack it really is haha

My fertility doctor advised B6. It helps your cycles and lengthens your luteal phase.

Yeah b6 helps, and so does MACA (a great fertility booster- that is just the root of a veggie so not even an herb. Also boosts sex drive and energy).

IT does help!!! When i conceived my 3rd my LP was 8 to 9 days i was ovulating onCD 21 or so and i took B6. started on CD 1 and took it everyday, i ovulated on CD 14 that first month and got pregnant right away. Good luck! I only took it until i ovulated too

I dont remeber! I looked oline and found out roughtly how much to try. I mean regardless it wont hurt you lol. But i want to say i took 1 pill a day withbmy prenatal and that was it

I just bought a bottle of B6 and took it every day. I still take it every day too.
