Trimester counseling

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow for Trimester counseling.
I don't remember have this with my first.
Anyone else ever have one of these appointments?
If so, what do they go over?

Hmm never had it as far as I'm aware. By 35 weeks though, I'm either at the dr's or at L&D a couple times a week so they probably figure I'm covered.
