SO asked me if I wanted to get married in Vegas   I've kinda always wanted to do that, reason being my parents HATE each other and can't grow up for me to have a nice ceremony so I'm kinda thinking smurf it lets go! Do you think my family will get mad? His? We can always have a get together later but we just had a baby and are moving soon so not much extra money.

I considered this option myself. I didn't want to plan anything.

We ended up getting married on the beach instead since it was cheaper for family to get there.
