help

Im only 7 weeks or so the doc reckons and im already showing like overly. I git sore brown nipples and bad stretch marks already and peeing every 2 mins.
My partner has extra active sperm and everyone ive told reckons im having more than one baby. What is happening with me

Twins don't happen from more than one sperm fertilizing one egg. Bloating, large sore boobs and peeing a lot are normal first trimester symptoms.

You shouldn't be showing at all at 7 weeks. Have you had a baby before? Stretch marks that early aren't normal either unless they are on your boobs or your just eating a lot & bloating

No this is my first im hardly eating and stretch marks are on my stomach and hips

this..........Fraternal twins 2 eggs and 2 sperm (one sperm per egg)
Identical twins 1 egg 1 sperm then it splits and makes 2 zygotes after the egg has already been fertilized.
With my fraternal twins the only symptoms I had were extreme tiredness, morning sickness, sore boobs. But I had the same symptoms with my singleton pregnancies also.

Hormone changes can cause that, too. I had stretch marks on my butt before I ever got pregnant the first time.

ive already got stretch marks from previous problems, but these are extra new ones,
i have extreme tiredness as well.
