Medifast...

anyone ever tried this diet? They send you meals and what not for a month or so. I was thinking about doing it, and I just found out they have a program for nursing mothers...wish I would of known this awhile ago lol.

I did it for... well not long... most of it was terrible tasting (omg do not get the soup)... and it was smurfing expensive. I lost a little but I don't think it was worth the $250+ I dropped on it.

Yea they want like 300 something for a month of food which isn't too bad imo. I figured it wouldn't taste great, I have heard none of that stuff does lol.

If you can afford it and have some SERIOUS serious self restraint, then go for it. I had neither the money nor the will power. I cheated a lot and still lost weight. But I couldn't justify the cost and smurf hit the fan a couple months later anyway.

Good luck if you choose to do it. Check out the website, there's a forum and a chat and they can help with any questions you have. They also have "life coaches" who help out a smurf ton.

Yea that is my problem haha. I would probably want to cheat but then I figured if I have nothing else to eat then I will have to stick to that and not cheat lol.

My mom was going to pay for it for me because she wants to do it too and I think she wants a buddy to do the diet with haha.

OH that'd be awesome.

While I was doing it I had no one to help cheer me on. My hubby is anti diet and was always pushing me to cheat... plus having to make a meal for him and my daughter plus my own stuff sucked. haha
