How do you get someone out of your house?

Well this stupid smurfing smurf, has done it he has hurt me to no extent, I can't even put in enough words to describe what he has done to me. I don't know what to do. I am going to be raising this kid on my own officially, as of now, he has told me as soon as his taxes come back he is gone. He has broken my heart to the worst extent. I am more hurt and I want to stay where I can think straight. He just told me that he is stepping out on me as soon as he gets his taxes back, and that he has been planning to. He was mad because we fought and then he told me that. Then he said he will just go and help his smurfing excuse for a person ex girlfriend who cheated on him while they were together and she didn't even know who the father of her child was when until the baby actually got here. He doesn't have bills that come here, his license doesn't say this address, when we argued 2 months ago I tried to get him to take his stuff, and he wouldn't because he has no place to put it. Now I don't give a smurf about his poor excuse as a man. He just said he never wanted this child, that he didn't want the stupid smurfer is what he called this child. I want him out NOW! Please help I don't have time to wait for an eviction notice. He doesn't pay anything here at ALL I have kept him up, he has never had to pay a bill since I started school in August. Please help. I am afraid, and hurt and I can't even think straight right now. I am more shocked and hurt then I have ever been in my whole entire life   he told me he shouldn't have made this child. I just need advice. Something PLEASE!!

If he doesn't help pay rent, he is a guest in your house and you have the full authority to kick his ass out.

Call the police and tell them he is unwanted in YOUR home and will not leave. if he is not on the rental agreement and doesn't pay for anything Im assuming they could remove him.

call the cops. He doesn't pay bills...he is a guest that has WAY overstayed his welcome

if his name isn't on the lease & he pays nothing then call the police

Yup call the police tell them you want him out they should escort him out if he is not on the lease and doesn't pay smurf and all bills are in your name

As long as he has never had a piece of mail that has ever came to your house.... he has to go!

You can get some friends to helo you just put all his stuff out side and change the lock.

I must warn you that no matter what an ass he is and what a POS he is that some day he might try to get par custody and you want to document all the smurffy things he does till that day comes!

The big question is does he get mail there? If so you must evict him.

    This!! Document everything!! Keep all future texts, voicemail messages, facebook messages etc! Whatever he says or does to you, write it down!
