my DH ever does that he won't be getting kisses for a while. my dad dips... and omg just the smell of it gags me, let alone the thought of putting it in my mouth. ugh. I couldn't do it lol. I don't blame you lol

lol...he only does it when he is dying for some nicotine. maybe 2 times a day lol. And yes, he goes straight to the bathroom and brushes his teeth and uses mouthwash as soon as he spits it out haha.

I had a really rough time quitting, I cut down a lot during my pregnancy, got to one every two weeks by the end, but couldn't stop completely until I'd brought him home. I didn't even think about a cigarette for like a week because I was exhausted and looking after new baby, and I just said "Smurf it, I'm not starting again. I worked my ass off to get to this point and I'm not going to ruin it". DS is 11 weeks old tomorrow   I've had maybe 1/4 of a cigarette since then, and it felt SO weird. I don't even think about them anymore  
It DOES get easier   Stick with it, it's SO worth it! I feel 10000x better since I quit smoking. I can breathe easier, I'm less tired all the time, even with an infant, and food tastes heaps better. AND I don't have to run outside every 30 minutes for a smoke, and it's SO much better for DS. Good luck!
