Actually I can tell you that because I have seen it done a number of times from a number of different tattoo parlors with no one saying they couldnt. I grew up in a family and extended family and friends that are tattoo artist and/or tattoo lovers. I know they need consent as I stated. Although a emanicapted minor, minor who is married, or a minor who is also a parent does not.

I went to a few already and all of them are willing to do itI just need parent consent.

a model is a different story. she's not interviewing for a model job, she's trying to get a real job and tats on the wrist are totally inappropriate,

Not if you're trying to be a nurse. I brought it up with one of my friends and my professer actually got on my ass about it. She said that no one who is looking for a professional nurse would be willing to hire me if she could see it.
The hospital I want to work at actually has a policy against them. Especially in L&D. Even if they aren't offensive to you, someone will take offense to them and will complain.

If I saw a nurse walk in with her scrubs and tattoos all down her arm, I think that would be cool.. but soooo unnappropriate.
Tattoos send the message of "trashy and dirty" to people, and honestly I LOVE artistic tattoos, but some of them are cheap and gross looking. I don't want that person putting a needle in me or taking my blood.

Thats a stereotype and it is SOO untrue. Going overboard on tattoos may send that message only because you dont really see any bare skin but a small one here and there doesnt.

I never said she was. I said they can be covered up with makeup. I was explaining that a lot of models have tattoos that you never see unless they want you to because they are covered up with makeup even in highly visible places.

I agree 100% you def get what you pay for when it comes to a tatto and not everyone can afford good ones. I'd esp. hate it ia nurse came in w/cheap or home made tattoo's
