my husband has a bunch of watches but he work and I go to school so I figure tax returns are mostly his money... he always pays all the bills on time but with the leftover money from his bonus he went out and bought another 300 dollar watch I didn't complain, because I got a new coach purse and wallet.

I did unwatch the topic, my friend replied so I came to see what she said, and responded thereby automatically I was watching it again, why the smurf does it matter if Im watching it or not anyways? AND Im not "butthurt" that people didn't agree with me, Im upset at the way Im being treated/talked to. Its one thing to say hey, no I think your wrong. Its another thing entirely to be like no you're a stupid selfish brat blah blah blah. This is what I'm talking about, no one actually reads what is being said, you automatically assume like a BG autobot ohh someone is mad! They are butthurt I dont agree with them. ETA, he hardly ever buys anything for his self and I just think he deserves it, he is a really hard worker!! he is classified as the number 2 superintendent of the home builder that he works for in the state!!

Well, I think getting $8,000- $9,000 dollars back is actually quite a lot! My husband just got a $,6500 bonus and of that we only spent 10% of it between the watch the coach purse and the coach wallet. The rest of it went to bills and getting 1 month ahead on our rent and we still had plenty of leftover for savings... I I think you guys should both be able to spend at least $300 on something nice for yourselves, regardless of what it is or how important you think it is...

Right? One of our "fancy" dinners usually only costs about $60. 1-2 time a year we go out big time and still that's only like $100. And that's usually for our wedding anniversary or something.
