I hate my neighbors! made fun of my baby

So my neighbors are super loud. Play music until 2 a.m ..slam smurf and so on. Well tonight they were having a party and being reallu loud. Mu baby has a fever and is grouchy. It's 9pm. I went up stairs and askednif they cold tone it down my baby is sleeping. (I was very nice) the huy gpt this really sarcastic tone and said "oh the baby" I said yea. And he said she keeps me up and i said well shes a baby. I do my best to keep her quiet and he says well I don't cry myseld to sleep. Doesn't sooth me. He was being sarcastic and snippy the whole time....i was pissed. Woild you be?

I would have been tempted to slash sometimes. I guess I'm mean. Lol.

Call the land lord and put in a noise complaint or call the sheriffs department for a noise violation

I would have been irritated with him but I don't think that is making fun of your child- just being a jerk

Uh, if they didn't turn their smurf down, I'd just call the cops and report them for being obnoxious. There's probably an ordinance (I think my city sound ordinance kicks in at 10pm). There's no reason for him to up a rude prick to you.

If they are being loud call the cops and make a noise complain.

What a dick. There's a huge difference between a baby that is crying and can't be soothed versus someone playing loud music that knows better.

Sounds like he is just getting back at you because your baby keeps him up.

He shouldn't have been so childish about it BUT if my neighbor had a baby who was waking me up or keeping me up crying, and then told me to keep it down at 9pm, I might be a little irritated, too.

Yes this is true BUT you can help your music being loud. She cannot help if her baby cries at night.

What an smurf, and about the music past 2am thing, yea that wouldn't be happening i would have the cops dealing with that ASAP.

I'd probably be rude if someone came to my door trying to give me a sap story so I would stay quiet. Smurf that. I pay just as much rent as you do. (You in a general sense). I bet he was pissed that she had the audacity to try and act like his mother.
