I have respect for others. Hence why my neighbors have not once complained about noise I make. But on the other hand, my neighbors DO bother me with noise... and I'm mature enough to let it go. Music or kids yelling is not going to end my life to listen to for a few hours.

I'll raise my children to know that not everyone caters to their wants and needs, and sometimes they have to be the adult and bite the bullet. That's what I'm going to teach my child. Unlike you, who will probably teach their child to get pissy when things don't go their way.

Wow you have me pegged! What you don't seem to under is that this is a nightly occurance. I am sure you would feel differently of you werw the one being kept up until 2am. No but I am going to teach my children to have respect for others and when someone nicely askes me to tone it down. I expect them too. Not turn it up louder in a big smurf you way like you.

K I paused in the thread cause I did some mid night cleaning, but I just want to say op, I have a 6 and 12 year old that will NOT be quiet when the baby is sleeping/cranky/sick. And as much as when I'm stressed because DD is cranky I want everyone everywhere to stop making noise, it doesn't actually make that big a deal to DD.

Op, I lived in an apt. My upstairs neighbors liked to play their music loud. Yeah it was annoying and I was pissed because I wanted to sleep. But I sure as hell didn't go bitching to them. And honestly it didn't effect my newborn at all...
