After taking the first set of pictures (I had already lost 17lbs) Which ended up being just enough to squeeze into them, which is why I took the pictures.lol I've been walking, that's it. Some random exercising in here & there, but nothing I've stuck to. (besides walking) I cut out most of the bs that I used to eat & cut down on my soda. I went from close to 10 cans to 3 a day. Seeing a difference in myself is a great motivation to do even more now.
