the best cardio workout video?

posted 9th Jan
I need to lose fat. lots of it. I also need to tone up and get my core strong. I don't have much time at all, and I have a broken back and fibromyalgia so it can't be intense or anything that can hurt my back.

Any recommendations? Have you used anything that gradually built you up? I don't think things like P90x are gonna work for me as I'm way out of shape after 4 years of health issues/body issues and birthing babies.

I'm already using myfitnesspal and trying to eat much healthier.

I love insanity. I have fibro also. It kicks my butt but I feel great afterward.

Biggest loser cardio max would be good for a beginner or for someone looking for something not as intense as p90x.

I just have to watch what type of movements I do, I'm almost completely disabled from my back injury but i know I can eliminate some moves from any video if i need to. Is it pretty good?

like I said in my OP, I'm disabled, P90x was too much for me. I have to watch everything I do. Are the other two similar to P90x?

I can't do a few of the moves completely. Until my core is better i modify a few but I still love the work out. The instructor spends a lot of time stretching and encourages breaks if needed

It looks so intimidating but I didn't stick with it or try much the first time since my back started killing me not too far in. I think you're right, maybe I need to modify things for myself more. I weigh 240, which is WAY WAY WAY too much for someone who is almost 5'6. I know cardio is the only way to get the weight off, I'm hoping I'm still young enough that I can tone up.

The first few times I was a bit intimidated but it does get easier. Try to do little things through out the day to get your heart rate up too.
