The chance of multiples on Clomid is pretty low.. The incidence of multiple pregnancies TOTAL is 7.98% --- Twin 6.9% , Triplet 0.5%, Quadruplet 0.3%, and Quintuplet 0.1%

I took Clomid and had a singleton pregnancy, however I did produce 3 viable eggs.

ETA: I have PCOS too and a family history of twins.

I have pocs and I took one round of clomid and I didn't ovulate  

Just one, thankfully. :-)

I know someone with PCOS who took Clomid and had triplets.

I've got PCOS and luckily for me, Metformin works and I've not needed to try Clomid at this point.

haha! I am hoping this is just one baby!

My doctor said my ovaries show signs of pcos but never was exactly diagnosed with it I guess I could say. I took 4 rounds of Clomid before getting pregnant and only one thankfully! Took us a total of 16 months to concieve this baby.

Aww well congrats to you then. We have TTC for 2 years now and on 2nd cycle of Clomid we got pregnant! So exciting!

Thank you! And congrats to you! I know if it wasn't for Clomid I wouldn't be pregnant I am so glad I stuck out a few rounds of it. I told my husband while on the 4th round if I didnt get pregnant that round I was done trying, I was so frustrated plus Clomid made me an emotional mess and I hated it. And little did I know I'd get pregnant that cycle.   another part of it might have been I kinda gave up and wasn't "trying" like I did the previous months and didn't stress about it so much.

Ok I'm curious what PCOS and clomid r? (hope it's not offensive to n e one. I just dnt know what it is)

PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome and Clomid is a fertility medication that forces Ovulation.
