Venting...

I told my mom today that I was pregnant and all she did was tell me how much of a failure I am   because mason is 8 months old and i'm in college. It's a baby he or she will be here weather she likes it or not so why can't she just be happy.   I wish I had my mom's support but I don't.

I've never had my moms support if it makes you feel any better? I'm 27 and with a 4yr old. I have a job, I pay my own bills. She doesn't even like my DH. I'm sorry hun. I haven't told her about this pregnancy yet(waiting on my first ultrasound first). When I do tell her, she's going to flip. At the end of the day it's my life I'm living, not hers.

When I started college my oldest was 6 months I was 2 months pregnant and I finished a month ago and baby # 3 is coming Friday   So I wouldnt worry about it.

It's not like I don't take care of my other two kids. I never ask her for anything so idk why she has to act like this. I am married and we pay our own bills. It sucks.

She's wrong for saying something like that. I hope she stops being so rude and mean.

My dad and step mom aren't ever excited either. I have never gotten a genuine Congratulations from them I get the 'You're pregnant again??' and are you crazy? etc.

I texted her and said "I really don't want to hear anymore negative, this is mine and isaacs problem to deal with. So can you just be my mom and my support system please"

Even though I don't think this baby is a problem.

She just loves you and is sad that another obstacle for bettering yourself has been added to the works. That doesn't mean she won't love you or the baby, she is just disappointed that things will be more challenging. She will come around. She just doesn't want hardship to rule your life.

Take it as well as you can, if she didn't care she probably wouldn't be so upset.

My mom told me to hang up school when I found out I was pregnant with #2 and when I told her I was pregnant with this one I had to remind her I am 27 and married and if she wanted to keep degrading me about it then she would just have to deal with not having a relationship with me period. She stopped hassling me about it and is now very excited.

My mom has never been happy about me being prego 2 times and now its like when are u giving me another grandbaby -_-
