Iron Supplement....

What's a good one??

I got a VM from my doctor saying my iron was at a 9.6 and to start supplements right away, but didn't say which one to take...or how much..I plan on calling the office again tomorrow to check, but wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions for them.
I am also taking Zantac twice a day for reflux.....

Mine's 9.6, too! She prescribed me some little green ones that have a stool softener in them, so they don't kill my stomach. I've heard SlowFE (OTC) is not horrible.

I take Floradix. It's liquid and vegetarian and a lot easier on my stomach.
