Hamburger steaks

Could you do it with ground turkey instead? Have you done it that way?

I'd do it with the regular brown gravy - might just taste a bit stronger with turkey.

oh. I just use the packets! lol. I suck at making gravy.

In that case I'd do turkey gravy.

I don't know? You mix together mince, bread crumbs, an egg, spices and some Worcestershire sauce and make into patties, fry up in a pan and then top with brown gravy and onions (maybe a bit of mushroom if you have it.) Serve up with mashed potatoes.

In the hospital, they had many dishes that were made out of turkey burger instead of beef. One dish in particular was turkey but tasted like beef. It was odd to know it was turkey but tasted like beef. But it was good.
