Mothers of twins & birth experts

posted 9th Jan
Where you able to have your twins naturally? My sister is pregnant with twins and twin A is head down (also the lower twin) and twin B just flipped breech again. She is really wanting a natural birth but they are telling her she will probably have to have a csection. I know there are exercises that she can do to maybe help flip the baby but she is worried about A flipping again and totally blowing her chances of a vaginal birth. Any helpful tips for her would be awesome. Thanks

Yeah, I remember that. I'm pretty sure she said it was super painful though and the babies face was really bruised?

My mother gave birth to twins, I'm not sure which one was which but the first abby came out breech (Bum first) followed by the next which followed 8 minutes later NVD head first. I think it is possible you just really need to be presistant about what you want.

They are her first babies, I told her she should do her research and decide the birth she wants, the doctors cannot force her to do anything. She had no idea, she was under the impression she had to do what the doctors said.

Definitely not. Some doctors are just c-section happy.

That is exactly what I told her. I just had a successful non medicated vbac this past September. My first ob wanted me to have a c section, my second ob was all for my plan to vbac. I am trying to do as much research as I can for her

the first thing she needs is a supportive doctor.
