It's normal, but watch for dehydration. "morning sickness' is a very inaccurate description of what it's actually like. If it's so severe that you can't even keep water down, it's something to let your OB know about. There are meds to help with nausea, but they don't normally like putting us on them unless it's severe.

It was for me for a couple months of the pregnancy. I had to quit my job, as I worked in a restaurant and just the smell of food cooking had me running to the bathroom. I stayed in bed for those months, pretty rarely ever leaving. Moving intensified it.

Some women do. I am all day nausea but I don't throw up.

My sil did. She had twins and by 38 weeks was 3kg lighter than before pregnancy. There's meds for it but really expensive.

Are you dehydrated? How far are you?

Yep. When I was pregnant with my oldest I couldn't hold down anything. Not even water. I was in bed puking 24/7 for the first 3 months. My OB gave me finigrin to help with the nausea.

you could always try protien shakes milk with low fat milk.
It' shard been so sick in early pregnancy and I totally get what your saying, hopefully the nausea will settle down for you, I am currently 10+3 weeks and mine has slightly settled (Hey I am even starting to crave).
If you can't keep even food or water down you need to contact your health provider.
Anyway all the best

I haven't been to my OB doctor yet but I know I should be like around 7 or 8 weeks. I can keep most of the food down but I can only eat small amounts, and I am tired all day lond no matter if I slept all night I'm always down for a long nap.

That is completely normal. The tiredness issue might or might not get better when you hit the 2nd trimester.
