Stay focused. Take your children out and do something. Maybe go out with some girl friends for some spa/pedi/mani/whatever you generally do time. Exercise helps create happy endorphins, or so my cousin told me.

i think spending time with your family or a support system is a great way to get over a breakup. it helps me a lot

The best way to get over a man, is to get under a new one!!!
