My weekly development updates via fb help!!!

So, I cancelled my updates because when I was changing the shapes pictures and colors, nothing would stay. Anyways, I've done this before. Cancel, sign up again and just start over and the. Customizing would work. Well, this time it's saying oh no, there's a problem something something something. I've refreshed about 10 times and nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions on getting my updates back?
