Your son's first birthday - presents

Obviously this topic has been done again and again but I'm at work so humor me.  

What did you get your son for his first birthday? My guy shows no interest in any show or character. He is super active and into everything and seems more interested in attempting . I'm honestly at a loss at what to get him.

I got him the cars power wheel he loves it

I'm getting DS a mickey mouse chair, a toy bin thingy that's more like a shelf with drawers, books, an Elmo that plays drums because he loves banging on things. Some books, some jammies, a new sippy cup and that's probably it lol.

I got DS the Batman one for Christmas lol.

Maybe a play kitchen or tool bench? I have a daughter but I got her this for her birthday and she loves it:

I got him a Thomas Power Wheels. My parents got him a push/ride on toy...both were great!
