Pregnancy test...

If I take a pregnancy test tomorrow will it show up as being positive even though my doctor called me today and told me that my hcg levels are down but not back to normal. I miscarried on the 17th of December at 12 weeks . I don't want to take the pregnancy test and it comes out positive only because I still have old hormones still in my body.

It *should* be down by now. I took one at 2 weeks, and it was super positive still. (miscarried Dec 2nd). A couple of days later, it was gone completely. Sorry for your loss.

Its possible that I can be pregnant again because we haven't been pulling out Le anything . It's gonna be month in 8 days that I miscarried and levels are still not back to normal. I don't wanna get excited but I have a feeling I could very well be pregnant again. Thanks mama I'm just hoping for a BFP!!

i tested positive on hpt's for 4 weeks after my mc. I had to go weekly for blood tests

I was only around 6 or 7 weeks and it took me almost a month for mine to go down to 9, at which point he said I could stop (and they were only 59 when we started doing blood draws). So, it could still show up as positive from the HCG from your previous pregnancy.

I miscarried on the 19th at 15 weeks and am still getting positive HPTs.
