CM question

I am about 5-9 dpo and I noticed my CM is changing. It's been a while since I tracked CM stuff and we started doing the tracking this month so I may be a little rusty.
Anyways I know when you O you have EWCM which I had from the 31st - 4th. I got positive OPKs all four days and we BDd on the first and last day. Well now today I have noticed that its more clear and slippery??? It's not completely clear but it's very noticeable that its more slippery lol. Ladies who monitor CM is this an early sign of pregnancy? I am also cramping low in my abdomen and my boobs feel a wee bit sore but that could be from DS comfort nursing the past two days
