I am so surprised at the amount of pregnant 14 year olds giving advice.

Why?? :/ Is there something wrong with it...?

There's EVERYTHING wrong with it. A 14 yr old should be going to school and worrying about volleyball, basketball, or cheer leading or any other sport. They should be worrying about academics and if they will get asked to a certain dance. It makes me so sad to see 14 yr olds getting pregnant.

Instead a pregnant 14 yr old or a 14 yr old mother is worried about their child. Who will watch that child. Who will pay for daycare. Who will take the child to the doctors or ER when they are hurt. Who will pay for the necessities. You have to stay in school until 16 (unless its changed since I was in school...). How will you get a job to support your child. What happens if your child's father takes off.

There's alot wrong with being a teenager and pregnant. But especially someone so young as 14 there's everything wrong with it. It's just makes me sad. I want to support the children who are pregnant. I don't point fingers because if I were to point fingers, there's four pointing back at me. But you asked what's wrong with being 14 and pregnant so here I am giving you my answer

it was an accident, all an accident. but i will do everything in my power to take responsibility for this baby and raise it right. i will get as many jobs as possible. for your information, i actually play volleyball and horseback ride. i will still focus on those as much.

If I ever have a girl.. I would try and push her to get an abortion. There is no reason for her to ruin her life.. because of a mistake.

You won't have time for volleyball or horseback riding. My oldest daughter is 11, and I cannot imagine her being in this situation in 3 years. She is not emotionally, physically, or financially ready for this.

I rode horses. My daughter is now three and a half and I have ridden twice since having her. You won't have time. You can focus on those things because those things will no longer be a priority. I have just sold my horses because I don't have the time, and at 14 with your parents financially supporting you I doubt they will financially support extra activities and watch your baby for you.

Not trying to be a bitch. Just pointing out the reality of it.

Exactly! It just seems so sad. I sure in the heck was no having sex at 14, I know some do but I did not. It wasnt a cool thing to do or anything. You would have been called a slut or whore if you did that young. It just didnt happen when I was 14. And I'm not very old.

me neither. at least, not in my circle of friends. i can't speak for the other girls in my class because some of them were considered "sluts", but it was more for kissing and letting guys touch their boobs, or wearing provocative clothes (short skirts, etc.). you heard stuff about other girls, but my friends and i certainly weren't doing anything like that at that age.

You can't do things you use to do... Unless your parents are taking care of the baby mostly.. which i dont see how else it would work out... It would sadden me to see my DD get pregnant so young.... You have no idea what you're in for.. No 14 year old can comprehend that, and that's okay... But these girls are right.. Your life as a teenager is over before it even began.. sadly.. I hate to be so negative, but it really is true.. =(

I didn't really have friends but you knew like nobody was having sex at 14.

This!!! Im not old either.. I remember getting bashed in 8th grade because I came out being bi.

We didnt have anybody come out as bi or homosexual either until after high school. I didn't grow up in a conservative place either.
