Idk where to put this...

So I had my period dec 27- jan 2. But starting yesterday i've been spotting . The only other time this has happened is when I was pregnant (implantation bleeding). What do you think it is?
I'm not on any bc, not breastfeeding, and my daughter is 1 if any of that helps? I have been having a little bit of nausea, tender breasts and very tired.
