Quoting FutureMRSmama:" Post and run. I was just watching the news and 22 people have died from the flu already this year, that's ... [snip!] ... I have severe reactions to the vaccine and do not get them and do not get them done for my DS either. So now I am all worried."
The flu kills those that are vulnerable and typically not those with a good immune system.
My 4 y/o probably has it now but is doing fine. My neighbors frail, elderly dad has it and will probably die.
I may get it because i dont want the inconvenience of it.
As per the reports i have heard, it gives you a 50/50 chance of the virus passing you by. AND, if you do end up getting it, it will be less severe.
If i were you and had a history of reactions, i wouldnt get it nor would i get my child vaxed for flu.
