please I need help!!

My five year old came home from school today he is in kindergarten with a not from his teacher saying he was hitting other kids slapped a girl & punched aa boy in the balls, she said he is becoming a bully what do I do?

talk to him about why you dont do that. Ask him why he did it. Then give consequences for if the behavior continues.

You need to talk to the teacher. The note, imo, is inappropriate and unprofessional. She should have contacted you personally.

I tried talking to him about it & he said she did it first but he keeps lying alot lately, he was grounded to his room all weekend & now he did out again.

As for your son... once you find out EXACTLY what's going on, talk to him about it. Set clear expectations for his behavior and let him know the consequences.
