The Same Movies... Over & Over...

My SO is driving me batsmurf crazy with this annoying habit he has of watching the same handful of movies time and time again. And I don't mean like in his lifetime... but constantly... they keep playing.

If I like a movie I might watch it more than once in my lifetime. If I love a movie I'll watch it a bunch of times. But spread out over friggin' time. I'm not watching the same thing all the time.

We had seen Battleship in theaters. I didn't like it as it were and he was like meh it was okay. Then he just rented it off of Netflix. Which wasn't a big deal... it'd been at least a few months... whatever. I was half asleep anyway. But yeah... disc's here for 2 days and gets watched 5 times already during it. Gah. I got so annoyed I wouldn't even sleep in there haha. And I put giant headphones on to sleep elsewhere every other time it started playing.

And gah, there is constantly The Avengers playing, Captain America, Iron Man ones... At most he'll watch the same one multiple times a day. Other times i's just oh will have this play this night this week, then again in a few days, then a few weeks might pass.... but my god that's too much and too often for me. I don't even like any of those and even if I did I wouldn't enough to be playing them that often!

Gahhhh! How are you not bored to tears?!

I typically watch movies once and I'm done. If I've seen it twice, I'm definitely done. DH can watch the same movie multiple times and I hate it. Not because he watches it, but because he wants me to sit down and watch it with him and I can't keep an attention span long enough to finish it.

My kids do that and it drives me crazy haha my DH is the opposite and will only watch movies once and never again which sucks becuase I have a huge movie library haha

If I love a movie, I can do that! It was worst when I was younger. I use to put myself to sleep with 50 First Dates every night. lol.

Haha, yeah I can understand that. And he wants me to always watch with him too and I'm like no, I will stab you. I'm going into another room, putting on headphones, and acting like I don't even know youre in here being annoying hahaha
