re: Relationships that "move quickly".

I freaked out and broke up with him.  

DH's and my relationship was weird.
We met online through his cousin, who was my best friend at the time.
Hung out once, started dating. Took us 5 weeks before we had sex.
But we moved in with each other the first time after like 3 months.
Broke up a few times. Got married after being together almost 2 years.
We still love each other as far as I know. Lol.

Met DH one day, I had just turned 17 and him 16. We seen each other every single day from then (in fact I remember for the first 7 months we had went every day seeing each other and one day we broke the cycle lol), moved in together about 2 months later, he proposed after about 5 months and we got matching engagement tattoos, had DS 3 years later..... Still together after 9 years and Married, DS now 6 very happy and he's a wonderful man. It doesn't work for people sometimes but others I think you just know and there is no point trying to fight it  

I met my husband online talked for a week. Drove 500 miles to meet him. Moved in. Got married after 6 months (I was 20 weeks pregnant) we just had our 3 year anniversary. Don't judge. Lmao.

I'm definitely feeling even more excited about this than I was before. Thanks ladies. =]

Met SO in August 2011 (we met online).. met up IRL a few days later. Started dating a few days after that. We were off and on until October 2011. Then I moved in with him December 2011. We moved into our own apartment August 2012 and started TTC November 2012  

Had sex within hours of meeting each other in late August 2008, moved in together September and got pregnant in November LOL

We recently celebrated our 4 year anniversary and the birth of our second.
It moved fast and definitely had its hiccups but we are both happy with the life we have together 

I knew DH from going to school with him, but I was with someone else and so was he. His relationship ended in June 08 and so did mine, we decided to go out as friends and that night it turned out much more. I almost smurfed it up by going back to my ex but I realized the mistake I made and we officially started dating June 20, 2008. We slept together only a week after dating and I moved in with him and his mom and his sister Oct-Nov 08, we got our own apt in Jan 09. We got married June 20, 2009. And then we also got off BC then to TTC, it took us awhile to get pregnant and we found out we were pregnant Dec 15, 2010. Our son is 17 months old and we are going strong <3

I met DH when he was my server at Applebee's. I slipped him a note and wasn't about to write my number, but then I realized if I was worth the time, he'd text me.
This was October 22nd.
We started hanging out a lot after that, basically inseparable. We knew we wanted to be together but were both in pretty serious relationships that we decided to wait and make sure that it was exactly what we wanted.
We started dating November 10th.
We fell head over heels in love almost immediately. We talked about our future, I even got my IUD removed within the first three weeks of us dating because we were serious about getting married and starting a family... eventually.
He proposed December 12th.
We went balls deep and got married January 4th.
Best decision I have ever made.

So you guys started TTC as soon as you started dating?

Apparently they did and they've been married for a few days and knew each other for like three months. Omg. I'm not that brave. Haha. I'd totally be down for a baby again though.

I just... wow. That's way too fast for me. Those first few months are the honeymoon stage. Everything is perfect. But once you're with each other for a year or so... financial strain and having to live with each other.. dealing with living with a person who is different than you, it takes a toll on the relationship. I could never imagine TTC with anyone the first month we started dating. Or even the month after we met (because I know she said they met in October). Shoo.

Different strokes for different folks. I couldn't do it either, but it's too early to judge really.

Me and the new SO talked about moving in again. We don't even have a deadline anymore. We're just going to go with it really. Haha. One day I'll just stay and that will be that.

I moved in super early with SO, too. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. You can always move out (you in general) if things go sour. You can't really take back a baby....

Haha, nope, and I'm happy to report that, although he wants one later, the key word is definitely later.  

He meets Addie next week. I'm so stoked. How she handles things here and around him will determine how quickly I move. If she loves him right away I might not ever go home lol.
