Could someone tell me how to cook..

This?

I just bought one, and I have no idea how to cook it. Lol. My mom told me crock pot.. But I'm not sure how to do it in there, and I don't have time to slow cook something..

375-400 for 20 minutes, then check it. If it's mostly done, let it rest for like 10 minutes. We're having something very similar tonight.

If that's anything like the tenderloins by that brand, the directions should be on the back. But if not, I think its 350 for like 45 minutes...

350 for about 35-40 minutes.

I put mine on a pan with a bit of water, covered the pan with foil and put it in the oven. I don't remember the temp, but I know it baked for a couple hours. You can find different ways to cook it on a food site. I know you can throw it on the grill too.

I would say crock pot too. That hunk of meat is going to take awhile to cook either way tbh. You have to be really careful when cooking pork. Or you could get a big pot that has a lid, wrap the meat in foil, fill the pot with a little water and cook it like that. Idk how long or what temp though.

lol thats exactly how my mom told me to do it. it says on it that I could roast it for 20 minutes at 475 but (i know i'm slow) I'm not sure how to roast it.

I must have done mine at a low temp, since at 20minutes it was still raw.

You just put it in a pan and throw it in the oven to roast it

The one I got for tonight is on a bone and it says 450 for an hour and a half?

I only made it once, but I remember it was an hour & a half - two, to bake it. It took forever, but was so good!

If you put it in the oven put apricot preserves on top of it before you back it! Sooooo good!!
