Boneless pork chops

What's a good way to cook them? I'm tryin to find something a little different

Shake & bake 'em? I love shake & bake pork chops lol.

My favorite way to cook them is to season them with a little bit of pepper salt, basil and thyme then put lemon slices on top and put them in the oven at about 400 for 35-40 minutes. If they are thin my grandma used to pound them out and coat them with Shake N Bake or seasoned bread crumbs and fry them.

Ohh the Italian one is good? I have had the southwestern before which was good, and I have the Italian one in the fridge atm. I think I may make it for dinner!

I love the Italian one.

We ended up just useing bread crumbs because MIL is picky. She's lame lol
