And Piper is such a cute name. I heard it's gaining in popularity too..but still, so cute.

It was on our too, and I'll be sad if I never get to use it   But DH wanted DS to have a more "normal" middle name since his first is a mouthful, so we didn't use Jude this time.

I have a friend from HS who just had twin girls - whom she named Finn and Harper

her parents are gorgeous so i'm guessing she'll be just as gorgeous, and i sort of adore beautiful little girls with 'boyish' names  

Finn names always make me think of Huckleberry Finn.

I think boyish names can be cute on girls, but she maybe should have picked a more feminine middle name to balance it out...

I used to like it for a girl   But that was after hearing it on a little girl on A Baby Story lol. Wouldnt use it on a girl now.

And geez she shouldve given her a girly middle name at least   As for the whole joke about using it on your baby, are you sure she had the name all along and didnt pick it after hearing it from you

I bet she thought "hmmm..that actually sounds pretty good" lol. Wonder what made her pick Jude with it though?  
I used to want Jude for a middle name but for the name Collin(boy, of course). Never did use it and probably never will but it is cute!
