I just wish I never would have stept on that dang scale. I didn't except my numbers to go down only after three days but I didn't expect them to go up either! I only gain myself in the mornings.. I'm gonna keep pushing myself and not let it get to me to much and I'll hold off on weighing myself again for awhile!
