Cribs in car...

I have a Honda Pilot that has third row seating. In Feb I will be buying two cribs and mattresses, if I put the seats down, do you think the boxes would fit? If they will that saves me like $20 for shipping and brings my total down to $384.99 (cribs, mattresses, bedding, and 2 waterproof pads).

Does it have a back hatch? How does it open,the while thing or can you just open the window?

I wont chance it and just pay the extra $20. Why do you need to cribs? Isnt your son the same age as my son, my son is in a toddler bed now. Im just asking because it could save you money and space.

We have '11 Pilot and I definitely think it would fit. Our last crib didn't fit in our Volvo xc90, so our neighbor with a Pathfinder brought it home...and the Pilot's have more cargo room than the Pathfinder. You may want to bring bungees just incase it sticks out a bit.

My mom has that car.. can't you put the middle seats down too? seems like you could fit a lot in there.

It's a hatch.

I think it will. We fit 2 twin mattresses, bunky boards, and a disassembled bunk bed in ours.

and the hatch was completely closed.

As long as you can fold the second and third rows down I think it should.
How far away are they? You have to figure in gas in how much money you would actually be saving.

It's a 4-in-1, he will be using it as a toddler bed & Monster will be using it as a crib.
My house burnt last March so I'm replacing cribs lol. I've been co-sleeping.

All the seats fold down except the front ones lol.

It's just like 10/15 mins away so I won't be wasting that much gas and I would rather get it all at once then have to possibly wait for one thing. Maybe the shipping to home will be free by the time I order.

That's the only reason I decided to get it. My mom & BD was asking me the same thing, then I told them it's a 4-in-1 and they understood lol.

We're back in the house now   It was a long 9 months but we got to move in two days before Christmas.
